We do this through estate sales and online auctions. We also provide businesses with advertising solutions through online auctions that raise money for charity.

Transition Squad has designated a member of senior management as our privacy officer. This individual will be responsible for all privacy issues throughout the organization. Any questions or concerns may be directed to [email protected].
- Identifying Purpose
When a senior citizen or a member of their family members calls Transition Squad to inquire about our services, we often need to visit the property for a confidential consultation. As such, personal information is required. When someone is interested in purchasing one of the items from our website or store, their personal information is required. If the item is remaining with the seller, we will pass the contact information from the prospective buyer to the seller to arrange a viewing time. You may register on our website to receive eletters and other marketing communications from which you can unsubscribe if you so wish.
- Limiting collection
We make every effort to collect only information that is absolutely necessary to conducting our business. While we require your credit card information to be entered online to make a purchase or place a bid, we do not store it on our system.
- Limiting use, disclosure and retention
We neither rent nor sell personal information collected to any third party for any reason.
We may retain any testimonials and feedback submitted by you for use in our own advertising and/or evaluation and enhancement of our services.
From time to time, we may send correspondence to our user base and other contacts, such correspondence to include our eletters which provide information, tips and ideas that may be of value to our audience.
Periodically, we may follow up with you if your email or other contact information has changed.
Any paperwork that has personal information that is not stored with the file is shredded on a best efforts basis.
Our database resides on a secure server that is password protected.
