The plan is the blueprint for your entire transition, a menu of steps required from start to finish - from organizing what goes to family members, to cleaning up and clearing out the premises, to getting the home ready to sell, to managing it's sale. Our Transition Action Plan is designed to pay for itself. By following our plan as per our recommendations, our services to execute the plan for you can cost little or nothing to the family and estate. Where possible, it is best to start planning for a transition four to six months in advance. This will help you get all affairs in order, from budgeting to arrangements.
